Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Check Point Harmony Email. By enabling the application in your Google Workspace environment, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Use of the service
Check Point Harmony Email is intended for use by organizations for the purpose of protecting Gmail and Google Drive accounts from security threats. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application complies with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
2. Administrator responsibility
Your Google Workspace administrators control how Check Point Harmony Email is deployed and configured, including which users are covered and which policies are applied. Administrators are responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving the Google OAuth scopes requested by the application.
- Configuring policies that reflect your organization’s risk tolerance and requirements.
- Informing end-users, where appropriate, about the use of security monitoring tools.
3. No guarantee of complete protection
Check Point Harmony Email is designed to reduce risk and detect many common threat patterns, but no security solution can guarantee complete protection against all possible attacks or data-loss scenarios. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backup, disaster-recovery and defense-in-depth measures.
4. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Check Point Harmony Email will be available at all times or without interruption. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service (in whole or in part) with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
Check Point Harmony Email is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of Check Point Harmony Email.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Check Point Harmony Email after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
